Agustin Rosas-Maxemin first formed ARMAX in 1981 and is majority stockholder of ARMAX INTERNATIONAL, INC. Starting with several important single-family homes, the company then grew to develop and build multi-unit residential projects and office/mixed-use projects. Under Agustin's persistent guidance and innovative eye, new projects began to top the multi-million dollar level, with financial partners that include international financial institutions. Continued

Kim Cassandro

Kim has worked with Agustin Rosas-Maxemin and ARMAX for over twelve years, growing within the organization to become a key figure in the day-to-day operations of the company. Juggling a myriad of projects, Kim handles all aspects of initial project coordination, to include title and escrows, financing and ownership/partnership entities, insurance and ongoing project analysis. Gina Delgado
For the past two years Gina has served as ARMAX Controller handling all financial responsibilities for development projects such as DeSilva Island, with a current cash flow of over $3,000,000 per month. Gina comes to ARMAX well credentialed: for over ten years she served as Assistant Controller for Pacific Scene, Inc. out of San Diego, California. Continued


Carole Lorenz

Carole Lorenz, principal of Lorenz Interior Design, has handled ARMAX design requirements since 1983, overseeing all interior finish and equipment specifications, as well as participating in exterior decorative choices such as lighting, tile work and landscaping. Carole is a hands-on designer experienced in the technical evaluation, project coordination and successful implementation of each project. Continued


Dick Price

Currently overseeing FIORI de NAPA and FOXHILLS, Dick Price has worked on numerous ARMAX projects over the years. Holding a Masters from Stanford University, and both a BA and BS degree from Fresno State University, Dick is well qualified for the role.
